CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1 Entries must be made on the entry form, which must reach the secretary, together with the appropriate Entry Fee by no later than 10.00am on Wednesday 17th October.
2. Start times will be between 10.00am and 12 noon and late entries on the day must be made at the Secretary’s Box no later than 10 minutes before the proposed starting time.
3. All competitors and owners of the horses take part at their own risk. No claims can be entertained for anything that may happen to riders, onlookers, their property, servants or horses in connection with or arising out of the event. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers and land owners against any legal action arising from such incidents.
4. Entry fees are not refundable unless supported by a Doctor’s and/or Vet certificate and furthermore are not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Directions to Oxendean Farm, Jevington From the North and East - Proceed to Polegate along the A22 to the major roundabout outside Polegate. Do not enter the village but instead proceed south on the A27 signposted for Brighton on the Polegate bypass into Wannock. Turn right at the Polegate crossroads traffic lights. •From the West - Proceed along the A27 into Wannock and at the traffic lights turn right and then right at the Polegate crossroads traffic lights. •From Wannock - At traffic lights at Polegate crossroads turn right signposted to East Dean and Jevington. Proceed to Jevington. Approximately ¼ mile after leaving the village you will find Oxendean Farm on your left.
