CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1 Entries must be made on the entry form, which must reach the secretary, together with the appropriate Entry Fee by no later than 10.00am on the Wednesday preceeding the event. Late Entries welcome but at higher rate.
2. Start times will be between 10.00am and 1pm and late entries on the day must be made at the Secretary’s Box no later than 10 minutes before the proposed starting time.
3. All competitors and owners of the horses take part at their own risk. No claims can be entertained for anything that may happen to riders, onlookers, their property, servants or horses in connection with or arising out of the event. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the organisers and land owners against any legal action arising from such incidents.
4. Entry fees are not refundable unless supported by a Doctor’s and/or Vet certificate and furthermore are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
